Smith is the founder and President of SSBA
and has over 20 years experience as a broker
of commercial investment specializing in
storage properties. Early in his career,
Eric had worked for P&G, IBM and Xerox
in different management positions. He then
developed condominium complexes and restaurants.
He has also been the CEO of five different
companies and the CFO of another. He has
sold storage properties on behalf of individual
owners, regional companies, national corporations
and REITS. Eric has extensive knowledge
and contacts in self storage and commercial
investment. |
